I know Costco rotates it's stock and has seasonal items. It seems apparent, however, that Costco is discontinuing the sale of Palmetto Cheese due to an unfortunate statement made by the owner a few weeks ago. Since that statement was made, Brian Henry, the owner of Palmetto Cheese has issued a public apology, is donating much needed items for the minority community to multiple churches, and is creating a scholarship fund at the local community college. Costco has carried Palmetto Cheese for nearly a decade. Actions do have consequences, but I feel Brian Henry is doing everything he can to make up for an action he would like to take back. Please remember one of the consequences would be the potential loss of jobs for many of his employees. If you love Palmetto Cheese like I do, please take the time to sign this petition!
