This poor dog is looking to humans for protection. The City of Corpus Christi's Animal Care Services Department are not doing their job by leaving this dog chained to a fence and in obvious pain. This animal does not get anything to drink or eat. It deserves a fair chance to live and should be seized immediately, not be left to wait until Monday.
