This petition calls on the coroners court of all Australian states and territories to investigate the premature deaths caused by the release of passengers of the Ruby Princess in Sydney.

Passengers suspected by NSW Health of having coronavirus were instructed to disembark in Sydney and return home to self isolate for 14 days.

No assistance was offered to passengers by NSW Health to reduce community transmission during their journey home.

The decisions made by NSW Health will undoubtedly contribute to the growing number of deaths caused by coronavirus in Australia.

These decisions should be subject to the scrutiny of a coronial inquest with those responsible held accountable to the full extent of the law.
