Coronado Cays Park is currently in the planning phase for a near future update. During this exploratory phase, the planning committee is hearing different ideas from the community of how they would like the park to be. Through the signatures on this petition, we would respectfully request the decision makers consider building Padel tennis courts to complement their tennis offering.

Padel tennis, a sport that is becoming increasingly popular in the rest of the US and already has a substantial community of players living in Coronado due to the social, fun, tennis friendly aspect of it. Having a Padel court would be very meaningful to many community members as well as those interested in exploring a variation to the tennis that is already a central sport in Coronado.

To Padel enthusiasts and those eager to try it, we need your signature before Tuesday October 5th to support this initiative to let them know how many of us love this sport and would appreciate Coronado having this option.
