The safety of residents should be the priority of all elected officials. To this effect, the restructuring of the Police Department in the City of Coral Gables is of great concern to many residents. Our Interim Chief of Police, Ed Hudak, has been successful at reducing the numbers of rising crime in the City during the past year. We are urging our City Commission to appoint Ed Hudak as the official Chief of Police for the City of Coral Gables.
