Hi my Coppell and TCE friends,
If you’ve been following along, you’ve likely seen the signs, the posts, maybe even attended a Coppell ISD candidate forum - here is most recent recording from the Coppell Chamber CISD candidate forum. 

You already know Kevin Chaka brings:

• 🏫 Deep CISD involvement
• 🎓 Harvard MBA
• 📊 Strong financial leadership
• 💡 Ready Day 1

But today — I want to highlight something more important:

👉 His heart for education.

👩‍🏫 Kevin was shaped by three incredible women & educators in his life:

• His mom (Cynthia) — worked at St. Ann’s Preschool and Coppell High School, and spent most of her career in Special Education
• His wife (Holly) — a former 2nd grade teacher at Mockingbird (CISD) and Bonnie Holland (Katy ISD)
• His mother-in-law (Di-ane) — taught over 30 years in Coppell (Pinkerton, Mockingbird, CMS North, and Valley Ranch Baptist Preschool), primarily in Special Education

These aren’t just titles — that’s a lifetime of service, compassion, and commitment to kids. 💙

📖 And his own story hits home for many of us:

A CISD teacher at Lakeside Elementary changed his life —
took him from a struggling student…to engineering at Texas A&M…to earning an MBA at Harvard.

That’s the power of great schools.

That’s what we’re protecting. 🏫
