Hi Town Center Elementary supporters and Coppell friends,
First — thank you. 💙
The Save TCE movement showed what this community is capable of. Your advocacy, your voice, your willingness to stand up for our schools — that matters more than you know.
Because of you, we didn’t just protect a school — we strengthened CISD. 🏫
🗳️ Now — our next important moment
The CISD Board election is coming up, and leadership matters more than ever as the district continues to navigate enrollment, budgeting, and long-term planning.

⭐ My Endorsement
I want to be clear and direct:
👉 I am endorsing Kevin Chaka for CISD Board, Place 5.
I don’t make this lightly — especially after the trust you all placed in me during the TCE effort.
Kevin stood out during that time. He showed up, did the work, and brought real, practical solutions — especially around financial strategy and resource planning when CISD needed it most.
What gives me confidence in Kevin:
- 🏫 Attended CISD schools & active involvement (DEIC, CBAS, Bond Oversight, etc.)
- 📊 Strong finance & operations careers (CFO experience)
- 🎓 Outstanding academic credential: Texas A&M Engineering + Harvard MBA
- 💡 Proven ability to analyze tough problems and offer real solutions
But more importantly — he cares and he listens.
About our kids. About our teachers. About Coppell.
He’s not learning on the job.
He’s ready on Day 1.
🤝 Why This Matters
We all came together for TCE — but the bigger mission is protecting and strengthening CISD long-term.
That means:
- 📈 Growing enrollment
- 💰 Making smart financial & operational decisions
- 🧠 Having strong, thoughtful leadership on the Board
🙏 One Ask
If you trusted this community effort before, I’m asking for your trust again:
👉 Please take a serious look at Kevin Chaka and support him for Place 5.
Thank you again for everything you’ve done — and continue to do — for our schools and our community.
💙 We showed what unity looks like. Let’s keep building on it.
