Dear Coppell Community, 💪 We did it! Tonight, the CISD Board voted 5–2 to keep Town Center Elementary open! After hours of debate, data, and passionate discussion — the Board said NO to the proposal to close TCE. 🏫 Our kids will stay in their classrooms, with their teachers, friends, and routines — right where they belong. 🙏 Thank you to every Board member for their time and dedication, and to Dr. Shivers and CISD staff for hearing the voices of our community. We’re hopeful this marks a new chapter — one focused on data-driven leadership, long-term planning, and smart revenue growth, not short-term decisions with incomplete facts. 💙 And to our parents, neighbors, and supporters — YOU made this happen.
