We want Horizon free or Ghost Perm Banned.
The Issue
Horizon was permanently banned from Shinobi Life 2 Closed Community for "racism". This is an issue because GhostInTheCosmos was also in this same situation, but Ghost was free and giving all his High Ranks back in less than a week. This is clearly favoritism and just utter unfairness towards other villages that are not Leaf.
