Convict Andy Dilts of Felony Animal Abuse

The Issue

Hardin County, Ohio courts will be prosecuting Andy Dilts for happily slitting the throats of cats, some of which belonged to his neighbors.  He has been proudly bragging about these heinous acts on his social media platforms for years, having posted the image of a cat he shot with an arrow a year and a half ago.  These are not the only cats he has killed for fun.  Who knows what and/or else he has tortured for his enjoyment?  He is a menace to society and should be treated as such. Recently, he admitted to killing 14 cats as if it was something to brag about.  Please help force the courts to enact Goddard’s law and give this poor excuse for a human the fifth degree felony he deserves with the maximum sentencing.  Ideally, if you want to show this community that you are for cleaning up the streets, you would charge him with a felony for each cat he has admitted to mutating.  He is not doing what he has done because they’re “pooping in his yard.”  He’s doing this because he enjoys torturing, mutilating, and killing.  Please give him this appropriate punishment, get him off the streets, before this potential Dahmer/Gacy moves on to children, adults, teens, or whomever if he hasn’t  already.  Not only is Hardin County affected by this menace, but anyone who potentially comes in contact with him could be harmed.  If he only gets a slap on the wrist, he will be able to not only continue his killing spree, but he will most likely amp it up, flaunting it in the face of society.  We have to act now!  His court date is February 22.  Prosecutor Bailey of the Hardin County Ohio courts needs to hear from you!  Andy Dilts needs a felony charge and maximum penalty for every cat he has mutilated for his enjoyment!  At this time, Goddard’s Law is a fifth degree felony with a maximum penalty of one year in prison and a $2500 fine. Multiply that by fifteen, and he’ll go away for a decent amount of time with a hefty fine. Please contact Prosecutor Bailey today via email! prosecutor@hardincountyohio.gov
