The Issue
We, the customers of Converge, are demanding for a refund for the days that the internet connection is lost because we pay our monthly dues on time but the company cannot deliver a consistent internet connection with the agreed speed based on the signed contract. The interruption occurs weekly and it is no longer normal. It violates our right as paying customers. The refund must be reflected automatically on our monthly statement of account. We also need a working and efficient customer service hotline that will attempt promptly to our concerns.
