As of April 2, 2016, A. Meadows PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY OF Oakley, Ca. 94561 began indescriminatly trapping our fixed ferals after sending 3 males to the contra costa animal services, where they were neutered and returned to their rightful colony. Once he determined the animals he sent off to be disposed of had returned, he began trapping our already fixed ferals and NOT taking them to CCAS, per the law. We can only deduce he is practicing Catch and Kill methods with our beloved animals. Our colony has dwindled from 8 to 3 remaining animals in less than a week. Mr. Meadows feels he has full right to discard animals freely however he desires if they enter his property line. Please help us bring him to justice and launch a full investigation on him and the pest control company he has contracted to perform these illegal acts of animal cruelty.
