Moral Orel was one of the best cartoons to ever come out. I'd say the best cartoon every made on Adult Swim. It's way too underrated even though it paved the way for how adult shows are today, focusing on more dark and serious topics. And most people don't even know about it.

The show at the beginning wasn't too dark, but it was still incredibly smart and hilarious. But after the episode nature, the entire show shifted to a much more dark and serious tone. The episode that got the show cancelled was called "Alone" and focuses on 3 women in the show and how their lives were affected by sexual abuse. The show was supposed to have 4-5 seasons, but after this episode Adult Swim said the show was going too far and not only cancelled seasons 4 and 5, but also cut the season short from its original 20 episodes to only 13. This made for a very rushed ending and a lot of plotlines being cut short. 

There was so much potential with how this show could have gone, and if it had come out today I'm sure it would've gotten the love it deserved. I'd do anything to get this show back. I'm trying to do everything I can, but there's unfortunately almost impossible that this show will every get a return. It was a true masterpiece and way ahead of it's time.

The most frustrating thing about the show being cancelled was that Adult Swim has had episodes dealing with the same subjects or worse, just in a comedic manner instead of a serious manner. It seems like serious topics like sexual assault is okay if it's being joked about even if it makes for an extremely disturbing episode but as soon and you go into the reality of it it's suddenly too dark. Another thing that really upsets me is that shows like Family Guy, which are absolute garbage piles in recent years that are nearly unwatchable keep getting new seasons. But they'd never bring a show full or heart and mastery of writing back.

Even though the show ended almost 15 years ago (apart from the 20 minute special, "Beforal Orel"), I still want this show back. Many people do. It's so unfair. 

I created a petition I'm hoping you guys can sign. I'm hoping that this could try to convince Adult Swim to get Dino Stamatopoulos to work on continuing the show again. I'm going to do everything in my power to make this work. Thank you so much
