High School Musical The Musical The Series, one of the first things Disney+ had to offer that is based around the High School Musical Trilogy  aired all episodes of it's final season last month. One thing worth remembering about it is that it was not only based around the High School Musical trilogy as well, it featured stuff from musical themed Disney Animated Feature Films from over the years as well (more specifically Beauty & The Beast and Frozen), in addition to in a lesser extent the Camp Rock films. Overall I'm glad the series was able to accomplish the basics by featuring songs from all 3 High School Musical films somewhere.

In the years to come I think that they should do more shows like it by taking basis from another musical themed DCOM trilogy, or better yet a spiritual successor. It doesn't just have to be one DCOM that such a series features stuff from, but what they should feature stuff from includes the Descendants trilogy (even though I can see there being an animated continuation of it) and the Zombies Trilogy, not to mention the Teen Beach Movies and maybe also more stuff from Camp Rock, the Cheetah Girls can be a maybe should it be better off as it's own thing. Of course unexpected representation from musical themed Disney Animated Feature Films might be in order as well, like say The Little Mermaid and something else computer animated.
