Credit karma has had an undercover history of freezing customers accounts with no explanation and no reasoning they have been getting away with this for years they are under MVB bank who has no access to their routing number to help customers. Credit karma has a helpless customer service platform where they seek no help they claim to have a “specialist” team where they will give you a support ticket with your issue , tell you to submit your identification and utility bill and then you will never hear from anybody ever again. Everything has to be done through email you cannot speak to anybody outside of customer service. Lucky if you hear from them months later. Numerous amount of people have been without paychecks , they have been without money because of Credit karma withholding them from their funds, parents aren’t able to feed their kids , people aren’t able to pay the rent or mortgage just their bills as a whole. It is time for the public to recognize this issue and to take action because this is extremely unfair this is not right especially in a pandemic and I am a victim who will not stand down. I’ve contacted Federal reserve then got in touch with consumer financial and have now taken legal action.
