People against the disservice delivered by Webafrica
The Issue
This petition came about after reading all the horrendous reviews of clients going through similar experiences and their pleas and voices going unheard, these clients hail from all over South Africa.
I believe that if we all voice our concerns in unison, at least our voices can be heard and change can be brought about. The company involved can right their wrongs and learn to treat their paying customers with the respect and transparency they deserve.
Please sign the petition so that the proper channels are made aware and can bring Webafrica to book and institute change for the future.
Have you experienced any of the below or more, please let us know.
• No service delivery
• Calls / emails going unanswered with no feedback. To deal with Willie the Bot for hours sometimes even days with no human assistance.
• Agents not able to assist or don't know what's going on by passing on the buck or throwing you back in the queue. Promising to get someone to call you, yet no one does.
•Charged for services not rendered. Includes outages / no services at all / technical issues. (being billed the full monthly installment)
•Credit / debit card being double debited with or without services and no explanation.
• Fraudulent activity even after services are cancelled (Believe me this has happened to ex clients - who have now opened Fraud and theft cases with SAPS)
• Struggling to cancel and held hostage for 30 days whether you have services or not. (In most cases clients have struggled to cancel after going long periods without internet service, due to it not being resolved by Webafrica, they wish to move to other service providers and cannot).
• Noticing added services for which you haven't applied for attached to your account.
I am sure there are many, many other complaints and disgruntled clients and would like to hear from you.
In the climate we find ourselves living in with advanced technology, the pandemic which changed our way of life, that brought about most people working from home, Internet plays a vital role and one shouldn't have to struggle to get it, especiallywhen payingfor it!
Let's create the change we want to see.
