I am a senior citizen speaking for myself and the myriad others who relish our time on the pickleball courts. Our love for pickleball transcends mere sport; it is our daily exercise, our social circle, and a connecting thread with players of all ages. Post-match festivities often extend to nearby local restaurants, thus also supporting the local business ecosystem in Tucker. 

Sadly, the existing courts at Rosenfeld Park are deteriorating. The need for new courts is palpable, something Tucker Parks and Recreation department recognizes as well. They provide a great league environment but are left handicapped due to infrastructural deficiencies. 

Pickleball popularity is surging nationwide, but the current conditions of our courts keep new enthusiasts at bay, diminishing our vibrant community. Our proposal for 12 new pickleball courts is not a whim; it's a necessity.

Let's rally behind this request, and echo this plea loud enough for decision makers to hear. Invest in our community’s vitality and support the Tucker Council proposal to construct 12 new pickleball courts at the proposed site next to Tucker Recreation Center on LaVista Road. Sign the petition now.
