For weeks now, TikTok has been targeting Conservative voices on the platform and taking our videos down for what they are calling "community guidelines violations" when no apparent violation has occurred. 

It is the overwhelming agreement within the Conservative community on TikTok that they are simply silencing our voices and effectively violating our first amendment right to free speech. While videos that actually violate community guidelines remain uploaded free from CGVs, ours are being taken down for sharing our opinions. An example of this is a video that I shared, featuring three other videos on the platform. My video was taken down for "nudity," but when i went to report the original upload, they informed me that the video did not violate any CGVs and would remain posted.

This is an overwhelming problem in the conservative community on TikTok while Democrats are free to post whatever they want free from fears of getting slapped with a CGV. 

The silencing of conservative voices on this platform MUST END. 

We will no longer stand by and watch as we are targeted and discriminated against, nor will we stand by and watch our first amendment rights get stripped away.
