Congress is NOT Above the Law - Join Citizen Lawsuit and help take back America.
The United States Congress is reckless and negligent in doing their job. Their performance has placed our financial security and national security at risk. The sovereignty of the U.S.A. is at risk due to elected public servants worrying more about getting reelected and maintaining their political agenda than the welfare of the people.
Our Founding Fathers believed in citizen representation - not career politicians. The Constitution does not put the public servant above the law. The public servant has a fiduciary duty to the people and they took a sworn oath to uphold our Constitution. The majority of today's elected public servants breach their fiduciary duties to the people and grossly violate our Constitution on a daily basis. Americans must seek a peaceful and legal remedy for the illegal actions of public servants.
Congress is NOT above the law. However, if the American people insist on being complacent and continue to let OUR Congress do whatever it wants to, the U.S.A. will not survive much longer. The U.S.A. will go the way of the Roman Empire.
It is up to Americans to take action and take back OUR Country from a group of self-serving, greedy and power hungry polilticians. Americans must challenge the status-quo and take legal action against these violations. Congress is breaking the law. Congress is destroying our Constitution. Congress is putting our national sovereignty at risk. ##########
As a sovereign individual of the U.S.A. in good standing, I believe the United States House of Representative and Senate have violated their Oath of Office and have Breached their Fiduciary Duties to myself and all Americans by failing to abide by the Constitution of the United States and pass a budget. Their violations of their Oath of Office and Breached their Fiduciary Duties has financial harmed all Americans and has put our nation’s sovereignty at risk. These actions are illegal and border on acts of treason.
As such, I compel the United States House of Representatives and Senate to abide by our Constitution and pass a budget. I support legal action against any and all public servants that do not take all appropriate actions to ensure both houses of Congress abide by the Constitution of the United States of America. I support Case No 6:12-ev-1256-Orl-36DAB, filed on August 15, 2012 in UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT – MIDDLE DISTRICT OF FLORIDA – ORLANDO DIVISION. I further request to have my name listed as part of a Class Action Suit against the United States Congress for failing to pass a budget.
