Next year is Helen Kellers 140th birthday. We should celebrate it by once and for all establishing a federal holiday in her legacy.
It can occur on the last Friday of June, enabling creative vacation planners to leverage it and July 4th as legitimate anchors for their Summer Holiday plans.
