It is a big problem in the U.S. that women keep having babies and keep using drugs throughout their entire pregnancy.  A lot of the time they do not face charges if the baby is stillborn or if the baby makes it but is born sickly due to the drugs & a lot of them are still able to keep custody.  Just to have another baby born addicted in a few months or years... it is very sickening to see this happen to innocent babies.  I believe after the 1st time your baby is born addicted it should be mandatory to get your tubes tied & 2nd time it should be mandatory to have your reproductive system taken out with a prison sentence both times for child endangerment and child abuse/neglect.  Please help me make this possible.
