Eli Lilly Announced on 3-4-19 that they were going to lower the price of humalog to $137.50 for a vial and $265.50 for 5 pens.  That's still not good enough.  You can use GoodRX and get the insulin for $177. and even their BLINK Health plan you can get it for $178.  American's are looking to get it for the same low prices as the rest of the world.  If we can cross the border into Mexico and get it for $30.00 and get it from Canadian pharmacies for $35-45, then you know it's not expensive to make it.  They will still continue to price gouge people in America and use us as pawns to gain profits.  I called Eli Lilly and their workers weren't even aware of the press release.  I was told my message would 'go upstairs'.  It needs to go upstairs alright, up to the stairway in the sky.  These people need to get down on their knees and pray hard.  Pray, because the American's are tired of being used as pawns to fill your pockets with gold when the liquid gold we need to keep our kids alive and family members alive is so expensive now that our children are dying because they feel they're a burden to us and feel they need to ration insulin to save money.  The pharmaceutical industry needs to be regulated.  They need to be saved from themselves before they harm and kill more people with the life saving drugs they're in control of.  Thank you for your continued support, keep spreading the petition, and keep tweeting it on Twitter for me.  I'm sending off my statement today about the 2-26-19 senate finance committee meeting.  I hope you have sent one as well.
