To the Democratic National Convention of the United States of America,

We serve notice on you all. For too long, we have followed you to a certain oblivion. For too long, we have witnessed our many promised rights and freedoms slip through our grasp. The fate of this country, and this empire, is entirely in your hands.

We are amid yet another historical election. One that is a sure battle for the soul of our people. We are tired. We are Desperate. We are angry. We know what lies ahead should certain administrations take hold of our nation. Which is why the growth of the rot needs to be stunted in this election (2024). What will you do with the time between your victory and the next election? What will you do with the near 2-4 million words of law enacted each year? What will you do between now and the election in November?

As your constituents, we make demands of laws and declarations to best serve the country. This list of demands is subject to grow larger as the demands of the people grow. When it is seen that a demand has been met, it will be removed from the list. If a demand is evaluated as no longer a priority, it will be removed from the list. Updates to the List of Demands will be provided monthly to your offices.

 Failure to meet 1/3 of the demands, especially demands 5 & 6, at minimum by the elections of 2026, will result in the withholding of our vote for ALL DNC candidates at that time. We will collectively put our efforts into voting for “3rd Party” candidates. Your Party will perish at our hands should you fail. You have tarnished yourselves. Come November, We Will Remember.

LIST OF DEMANDS FOR A BETTER TOMORROW

1. The Passage of The Articles of Impeachment, introduced by Representative Alexandria Ocasio- Cortez, against Supreme Court Justices Clarence Thomas & Samuel Alito, whose positions on the court have been ethically compromised by outside corporate and political interest.
2. An Amendment to the United States Constitution issuing a strict code of conduct and ethics for ALL Federal Justices
3. Candidates for the Presidency should be no older than 60 years of age. We are not a gerontocracy. There are many candidates in each of your Parties that are fit to be President at this age. There should be no question of their cognitive ability to run the most powerful nation in the world.
4. Defense Budget Reduction of 50% and reinvestment of said budget (approximately $450billion per year). budget reductions should be implemented by reducing military presence abroad and focusing on more Defensive and Diplomatic approaches to international security
5. Immediate Recognition of Israel’s Genocide against the Palestinian People, and introduction of an Immediate Ceasefire Resolution that withholds all funding, Military or otherwise, to the Nation of Israel in response to their Genocide against the Palestinian People
6. A reconvention of Israeli and Palestinian Government of the West Bank to create a permanent solution to the conflict in the region, including more precise solutions to the removal of Hamas authority in the Gaza Strip.
7. Amending the Federal Regulation of Lobbying Act of 1946 to completely illegalize of the multi-billion dollar Lobbying industry which has been the conduit for bribery and quid-pro-quos since the inception of this Nation
8. The Arrest and Trial of Kevin Roberts who has violated Title 18 §2383, §2384, §2385 of the U.S. Code for the incitement of rebellion and insurrection against, Seditious Conspiracy against, and Advocation for the Overthrowing of the authority of the United States or the laws thereof.
9. The arrest and trial of all contributors to the Heritage Foundation’s ‘Mandate for Leadership,’ colloquially known as ‘Project 2025’ for blatant violation of Title 18 §2390 of the U.S. Code.
10. An Amendment to the Constitution creating and Implementing a National Ranked Choice Voting System & a National Popular Vote Interstate Compact
11. The Passing, and Enactment, of ‘Senate Bill 3747 – Removing Access Barriers to Running for Elected Office for People with Disabilities Act’
12. An Amendment to the United States Constitution codifying of A citizen’s right to living adequate for the health and well-being of themself and of their family, including food, clothing, housing and medical care and necessary social services, and the right to security in the event of unemployment, sickness, disability, widowhood, old age or other lack of livelihood in circumstances beyond their control
13. The Codification of the Chevron Doctrine
14. Childcare Stipends for Political Candidates with children
15. Guaranteed Housing for a Political Representatives First Year in Office
16. Conversion of the U.S. Military Draft System into an Automatic Voter Registration System
17. Amending the STOCK Act to add comprehensive penalties and methods of enforcement. Including
    1. The creation of public record of all fined members of Congress (with status of fine payments) and requirement of immediate disclosure of all Congressional Member’s stock Trades
    2. Increase in fines in a tier-based system dependent on Monetary Gains from the violation
    3. Requiring of a qualified blind trust for stock transactions
    4. Permission of ownership of stocks that were possessed prior to holding office
    5. Immediate impeachment from office of 5 violations resulting in monetary gains of at least 10%+ of Base Congressional Salary outside of previously mentioned trust
18.  Improve Election Services so intellectually disabled can vote
19. Changing Tax Law to close loopholes abused by the wealthiest citizens to pay a tax rate of at least 15% of yearly income
20. Change the IRS code to raise individual tax rates for billionaires and equalize taxes on capital gains and labor income so work isn’t taxed more than wealth
21. Mandatory Retirement for Congressional Members at the age of 64 with Pensions
22. Implementation of, and improvement of access to, Remote Voting Services (i.e. Mail-in Ballots, technology-based platforms, etc.)
23. A National Database that requires Fortune 500 corporations Headquartered in America to publish key financial data like revenue, profits, and taxes paid on a country-by-country basis.
24. 100% Forgiveness on Predatory Student Loans, no exceptions
25. Creation of the Department of Innovation & Technology which will focus on new and emerging technologies and how to implement and Integrate said technologies
    1. Sub-Department to include NASA
26.  The creation of a land back program to negotiate the return of ALL sacred native lands back to their rightful people
27. Initiate programs to bring clean drinking water and power to our most vulnerable communities (including many native reservations, flint Michigan, Palestine Ohio, and more)
28. Increase in the Budget for the Department of Transportation to fix our failing infrastructure
29. The development of an interstate railway connecting the country and transitioning to more green transportation solutions
30. Adopt a permanent “Diplomacy First” foreign policy
31. The Decriminalization of Marijuana usage and immediate pardoning of all solely possession drug charges
32. Abolition of Forced Labor in Prison & Immediate Illegalization ‘For-Profit’ Prisons
33. Reformation of the criminal justice system to focus on restorative justice and prisoner rehabilitation
34. Additional Carbon Taxes for all fossil fuel purchases for commercial transport & utilities
35. Adoption of Legally Binding clean energy standards that will fine corporations for increased carbon emissions & frivolous pollution
36. Significant Increase in fines for corporations’ mishandling of hazardous and toxic resources to at least 10% of Annual Yearly Revenue
37. Tax Credits to corporations and individual citizens for the usage of non-emitting energy sources
38. Investment in clean energy research and development, energy storage, and carbon capture, use and storage
39. Immediate dismantling of internment camps for immigrants crossing the southern border, and the creation of several immigration facilities focused on the health, safety, and well-being of this vulnerable population
40. Legislation Providing education, social services, and a clear path to citizenship for anyone crossing the border at previously mentioned immigration facilities
41. Working with Mexican and South American Governments to create an inter-continental background check system to vet migrants who may have charges related to violence
42. Increase in Federal Minimum wage with laws that increase the minimum wage to $16 with permanent regular increases in accordance with inflation each year
43. Immediate Recognition of the jurisdiction of the ICC and ratification of the Rome Statute
    1. Compliance with the arrest warrant for Benjamin Netanyahu for serious war crimes against the Palestinian people including the crime of genocide
44. Rent Ceilings of 25% of Average Household Incomes in a given area
45. Illegalization of Corporations to own Single-Family Homes and forced selling of all assets at a discounted price of 50%
46. No Passage of the 'Kids Online Safety Act,' a bill that is heavily criticized by civil rights organizations for potentially enabling censorship, including of material important to marginalized groups. Instead we must change the national education curriculum to focus on technology safety and usage for ALL students
