As a concerned member of the Kidst Mariam Eritrean Orthodox Church Atlanta. I am deeply disturbed by the recent terroristic threats made against our beloved church and its members. It is with great fear for our safety that I write this petition, urging you to join me in condemning Erimias Gebremedhin and demanding that authorities bring him to justice.

Recently, on a TikTok platform operated by an individual named Yohanes Abraha, Erimias Gebremedhin openly called upon members of the so-called "Brigade Nihamedu" violent gang to attack our church and its innocent members. This act of incitement poses a significant threat not only to our religious community but also to the peace and harmony within our society.

Our personal story as members of Kidst Mariam Eritrean Orthodox Church reflects the genuine concern we have for our safety. Our church has always been a sanctuary where we find solace, strength, and spiritual guidance. It is disheartening that such threats have disrupted this peaceful environment, leaving us worried about attending services or engaging in communal activities.

We firmly believe that no individual should be allowed to incite violence or threaten any religious institution or its followers. The sanctity of places of worship must be respected as they serve as pillars of faith, unity, and support for countless individuals like ourselves.
