The estate has been completed (as in all houses sold/has tenants in) for 18 months. Many of the residents have been in their homes over

 

3 years (first houses to be completed in development). The residents demand answers and dates as to when it will be completed along with an explanation as to why it is coming up 2 years with hardly any activity over the summer from the developer

 

 

The estate looks scruffy, unkept and it is not completed. Residents are writing to the developer individually and are being told 'soon' or 'by the end of the summer' and another year passes. 

There are hazards left untouched with no sign of builders returning. Whilst it is gated it is an eyesore and you can not properly see oncoming traffic - it is an accident waiting to happen

The play areas that were such a big selling point to family's with young children are not finished The residents are in disbelief over what has been put in place (but is cordoned off). There is a question as to whether the equipment is safe for young children (or appropriate)

The residents want answers and want to make it clear they will now approach their MP to intervene as the builder has to date failed to hit every deadline it sets.
