Complaint to Mazda Japan about Mazda dealer in Tunisia
The Issue
We, the undersigned, owners of Mazda cars in Tunisia, are writing to complain to you about the disastrous situation in which the Mazda dealer currently is: shortage of consumables, let alone other kinds of spare parts; almost no servicing is carried out; outraged unpaid staff; absence of CEO; lack of information about future prospects, and so on and so forth.
It goes without saying that we love our Mazdas and are not willing to let go of the brand or replace it, but on the other hand we do not wish to further suffer from such neglect and disrespect or to sacrifice the investment that our cars constitute for a flaw which is by no means ours.
Therefore, we seek a firm intervention on your part and are looking forward to you, the board of administrators and high executives at MAZDA JAPAN, urging the Tunisian government, the stake holders involved or any other instances concerned in a bid to have them put the matter right.
