Compel the Better Business Bureau to launch an investigation into TheWikiStudio
The Issue
I am one among many others who have been swindled by TheWikiStudio. Despite publicizing that they are a U.S-based company, this is not the reality. Not only does this show a lack of transparency, but when faced with this behavior, the company also refuses to comply with their own refund policies. These actions have left many customers like myself feeling betrayed and deceived.
I paid them $299 to publish a Wikipedia article with the guarantee that I would get a refund if it got deleted by Wikipedia. They continued to upsell me on various P.R services before their employee Charles Dawson told me that the article wouldn't meet Wikipedia's criteria and that I wouldn't be eligible for a refund.
There are an alarming number of customers like myself who have been tricked. Accountability is essential in business, particularly in online transactions, and it's crucial that the Better Business Bureau (BBB) takes notice of these unethical business practices.
The Better Business Bureau plays a pivotal role in fostering a market place where buyers and sellers can trust each other. Thus, it is imperative that they investigate TheWikiStudio, to ensure mishandled customers get justice, along with sending a clear message that deceitful business practices are not tolerated.
Your signature on this petition will push the BBB to launch a full-scale investigation into TheWikiStudio. Let's stand together for accountability and business transparency. Please sign this petition.
I wanna note that they used various websites including www.thewikistudio.com and www.thewikistudio.net
They employ reviews.io to delete negative reviews and promote paid-for positive reviews, but you can read legitimate reviews about this evil company here:
