Philippines is a 3rd class country. Not all of the Filipinos are 1st class, not all of them have their own car’s. Car’s are mainly used for transportation. It was developed for the good of humans. It gives the humans a much easier life. Nowadays in a workplace a car has become a basic need to have a high quality of work. An ethical worker always needs to be punctual in his/her work to do his job early and finish it early. Now with those normal people who work to earn money and buy their basic needs they tend to ride for their transportation on a payable vehicle. The Philippines, which ranks fifth in the world, has 56 percent of its population using public transit on a regular basis (Editorial,2019) . They need to wait and pay for their ride.

With the increasing rate of sales and with the virus being with us a safe and free public transportation is needed. The virus has brought chaos on our life and the Philippine workforce has decreased. In mid-March 2020, the country was put on lockdown, resulting in a transportation shutdown (Laurel, 2020). With those normal people every penny is cherished. Their income is still the same even though the prices have become high. Not only the amount of money spend is being recognized but also the passenger’s safety. Since the virus can contaminate every person and could stick to the things its host used public transportation tends to be a danger to one’s health. Riding in a public transportation endangered the normal people’s life.

The government should consider to let the companies offer a free ride for their workers. By this way they could help their workers and to maintain one’s good state of health. Having a free ride with the assurance of safety help not only the worker but also the company themselves. The workers would then be early in their work with their health in a good state they could serve the company well and to create a high quality of products.

In conclusion, the safety of the workers are needed to produce works that are for the company. Having this free transportation that tends to keep the safety of the workers would bring a great change to the workers performance. One needs to have a good health condition to do a task with a efficient result.
