Guardian Towing has invested in our community. The property at 205 South Park Avenue is already zoned B2 which is sufficient for a towing operation. However the city is trying to make them apply for a variance that falls under the extreme verbiage of a junk/scrap yard which they are not and will not be. They are a towing facility and will have a screened fenced area (you cant see through the fence) to securely store customers vehicles while they are awaiting transfer to a repair shop or pickup.  Please consider signing this petition in support of Guardian Towing and show the city that its residents stand behind Guardian Towing and their investment in our community.
