I bought a 2016 Mazda cx5 from these sleezy low life scammers not even 72 hours ago and within the first day I started hearing a knocking ticking noise coming from the engine so I brought it into a jiffy lube to get an oil change, after the oil change the noise was still there so I brought it into a mechanic which told me that it was most likely the lifters, rod bearings, and or the piston. He informed me that there is NO way they didn’t know about this problem and they did something to cover it up long enough for me to test drive the car and sign the papers and drive it off the lot. I called the dealership and the receptionist informed me that Richard was the only person that was able to help me with the problem and she would have to have him give me a call back because he wasn’t in the office, I showed up and Richard was sitting at his desk. I asked him if someone could at least look at it to tell me what was wrong with it (even though they already know) and he lied and said he “wasn’t authorized” to do that and Dan was the only person who could help me but unfortunately he wasn’t going to be in today. The whole time I was talking to him he was ignoring me and trying to dust me off not giving me any respect or showing any professionalism or conscious. I went to their dealership with my 2 young children. These people saw that and knew I was a single mother that needed a good reliable car and took advantage of that. Wayne, Dan, Zach and Jason told me it was a great car and didn’t have any issues, and was kept up on maintenance which is not the case. I will be taking legal action and suing for the cost to fix the car as well as any other expenses that are applicable since they didn’t want to help fix the problem or help me get into a better different safe to drive car. If you plan on going here you would be better off taking 12,000 and throwing it in the garbage. THIS PLACE IS TRASH DONT LET THE 3.8 STARS FOOL YOU READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS AND LISTEN TO THEM!!!!!!!! They all act like such great people just until you drive the car home and start realizing the problems with it. I understand I signed the “as is” documents (which Dan will quickly go through so you don’t second guess it or have the time to read it) but as a human being and “businessman” they should have the decency to help resolve the issues that THEY KNEW ABOUT BEFORE THEY SOLD ME THE CAR or at least disclose any issues they know it’s going to have. They have many reviews like mine that I read after the fact so this is definitely a pattern in how they run their “business”. This shit hole needs to be shut down PERIOD.
