Many people lack of confidence because not all are treated equally. As a result productivity had been reduced and continuously getting lower. Since not all are treated equally they don't have the opportunity to be able to contribute better because they lack on attention even if they can do great things. The community should give attention to everyone, every single one of them can give a great contribution to the society. Equality breeds confidence, productivity and makes people more sociable. It also leads to economic progress. That is why everyone, even the poorest one, no matter who you are, no matter what your state in life, each and everyone have each own unique idea which has the power to change the world. This is why everyone should be treated equally.
