Our maintenance staff appears to spend too much time socializing, feeding dogs and wasting time driving around on golf carts. Our community is in needs of many repairs that can be easily completed by the maintenance staff but they appear to have no agenda for getting these jobs completed. Some jobs that should be on a regular schedule should include:

• Painting
• Pressure Washing, Mold around pool, Landscape Blocks, Patios, Driveways, Light posts and lamps
• Minor gym repairs, Why call a service for simple repairs
• Water Piping paint... Red and Blue pipes are in desperate need of paint
• Cleaning dumpster areas on a schedule
• Blowing debris from courts on schedule
• Blowing off patios on a schedule
• Wiping down and repairing and straightening pool lounges and tables, Daily
• Minor structural, plumbing repairs

Please consider this a request from the owners of Villagio to review the maintenance staffs work schedule and make adjustments to make better use of their time.
