The Issue

In addition to the safety concerns previously outlined, a growing number of riders, park members, lot owners, and visitors have expressed serious concerns regarding the impact that the Filthy Animals Trail Shooters organization, Tony Clark, and Tiffany Clark have had on the overall atmosphere and culture within the Top Trails community.

Numerous riders have stated that they no longer wish to participate in rides, events, or activities associated with this group due to concerns regarding safety, conflict, division among riders, and conduct that they believe is inconsistent with the family-oriented environment that Top Trails seeks to provide.

Many riders have expressed concerns regarding social media content, event promotions, and organized rides that appear to associate trail riding activities with alcohol consumption. These concerns include the public display of alcohol-related imagery in connection with organized rides, which some riders believe creates the appearance that drinking and operating off-road vehicles is being normalized or encouraged.

Supporters of this petition are concerned that there are no publicly known safeguards, oversight measures, or verification processes associated with these activities to ensure that participants are of legal drinking age, are not impaired while operating vehicles, and are participating in a manner that promotes the safety of all park users.

In addition, multiple individuals have expressed a willingness to provide written statements, screenshots, photographs, text messages, social media posts, and other supporting documentation regarding their experiences and concerns involving the Filthy Animals organization and its leadership.

Several riders have reported concerns regarding conduct that they perceived as intimidating, exclusionary, or divisive. Some individuals have stated that they felt pressured regarding whom they could ride with and have expressed concerns that participation within the broader riding community has been negatively affected by ongoing conflicts and disputes.

Concerns have also been raised regarding public statements made about interactions between riders. In at least one instance, individuals familiar with the underlying communications dispute the characterization of a text message exchange and maintain that the communications did not contain threats but instead sought an opportunity to meet and resolve a disagreement. Supporters of this petition believe such incidents have contributed to mistrust and division within the riding community.

As a result of these concerns, many riders have stated that they no longer wish to be associated with activities involving the Filthy Animals organization. Some have indicated that they are prepared to reduce or suspend their participation at Top Trails until these issues are formally addressed by park management. Supporters of this petition believe that these concerns are affecting membership satisfaction, rider participation, visitor experience, and the overall reputation of the park.

Accordingly, we respectfully request that Top Trails conduct a formal investigation and review of all available evidence, including witness statements, written communications, social media content, event promotions, photographs, videos, and any other relevant documentation provided by concerned riders and park members.

Upon completion of that review, we request that Top Trails determine whether the conduct of Tony Clark, Tiffany Clark, and the Filthy Animals Trail Shooters organization is consistent with the park’s mission, safety standards, community expectations, and code of conduct. If management determines that the evidence supports these concerns, we request that appropriate action be taken, including the suspension or removal of privileges, memberships, organized ride activities, or access to the park as deemed necessary to protect the safety, reputation, and long-term success of Top Trails.

The purpose of this petition is to promote a safe, respectful, inclusive, and family-friendly environment for all riders and visitors and to encourage accountability through a fair and impartial review process.
