commonwealth bank give me a new debit card

The issue

Commonwealth Bank give me another debit card.

I lost my wallet on 24/1/23(including my debit card). I tried to go to the Commonwealth Bank branch on William street Perth WA between 16.30 and 17.00 (only just after closing) and knocked on the door to get the staffs attention and explained that I have lost my card and couldn't get any money out but they just said closed and pointed to the ATM giving no instructions of how to use cardless cash or order a new card.

I phoned the infoline and got stuck on hold for 60 minutes with annoying repetitive music. The person on the other end ordered a new card for me and told me it would be 3-5 days with "express post".

On 31/1/23 I had still not received my replacement card. I phoned the infoline again. Was stuck on hold for 70 minutes with the same annoying music. The operator promised me the card would be in either Wednesday or Thursday.

It is now 2/2/23(Thursday) I have still not received my replacement card. I tried phoning the infoline and the operator cancelled the card and ordered a new card which should arrive in another 7-10 days. This is unnacceptable as I have waited 9 days already and still no card I also did not tell her to cancel the card.

I am trying to get  Commonwealth Bank to Uncancel the card sent out to me. Give me another card as soon as possible.
