Comenity Bank is a huge credit card company and yet they don't provide the most basic of service, an auto payment option. You cannot even set repeating minimum payments to make sure you're never late.

As a consequence, people will end up paying more in interest and fees by not allow such a basic service. All other major card companies provide auto payment options such as Chase, Capital One, Bank of American, and Citibank, but Comenity Bank refuses. Why? Probably because they like their fee revenue.

This unethical practice must be brought to light and stopped. How easy would it be for them to offer such a feature? Instead they steal as much money from their customers as possible.
