Columbia Live Stage & Lia Vollack’s production of “MJ the Musical” has gone too far. Glorifying a predatory pedophile and using Broadway as a profit engine that ignores and disrespects Child Sexual Abuse victims that have bravely come forward. We believe victims. We believe survivors. We will not condone amplifying the past career of a condemned pedophile, regardless of his musical contributions, to let his entity profit. 

We DEMAND this show be immediately cancelled where Broadway as a community and the loyal fanbase of the art form stand in solidarity to remove this production immediately. 

Although we support musicals that open up roles for BIPOC performers and shine light on BIPOC stories- it is a travesty that the progressive inclusive Broadway community has allowed this production worshiping a known sexual predator to continue.
