This morning soon after 9:00 am will be the first actual debate on metro district abuse.  It's first up.  SB23-110.  The industry bill to legalize unethical self-dealing developer debt.

• will represent the industry and
• argue hard to legalize unethical self-dealing developer debt.  
• They support SB23-110 and
• will oppose amendments to strike section 4.

Representative Mike Weissman and Tammy Story and others

• will represent the residents and
• argue hard to stop metro district abuse and
• stop unethical self-dealing developer debt.  
• They oppose SB23-110 and
• will support amendments to strike section 4.

This will be the first real debate in the state legislature over metro district abuse.
