On any assignment or assessment on the collegeboard ap classes, it required for us students to download and enable an "anti-cheat" program that prevents students from cheating. This software does indeed prevent students cheating as it disables other browser tabs or any other program. Also it records students via webcam although, there is no notice stating that the student can be recorded. And there is no indicator notifying students when they are being recorded. This is recording without the students' consent and violation against personal privacy. The teachers may choose to enable or disable recording but this feature should be removed as it is a violation against student privacy.
