On Thursday, March 4th, 2021,  Jessica Faraone, a Registered Nurse, landed in Toronto after
returning home from a five week trip to Tanzania, East Africa. Upon arrival Jessica was met
by officials and was asked to wear a mask. She refused. As of February 21, 2020 travellers, unless exempted, are required to take a COVID-19 test upon arrival in Canada and stay in a government-authorized hotel while awaiting the results of the test or face a fine of up to $750,000. She refused. Not only should Jessica receive a fine of $750,000 for refusing to follow the Emergency Order, but her nursing license should be revoked as well.

She filmed the entire encounter and posted the videos to her
social media.  Jessica encouraged the public to "stand together”, not
wear masks, refuse the order to quarantine, and refuse to take the Covid test. This
behaviour is incredibly dangerous, especially when we are in the
middle of a global pandemic. Her risky behaviour should receive
discipline in the severest form.

Jessica Faraone's license to practice nursing should be revoked. Her
complete disregard for the health and safety of others is very
disturbing. As a professional in the health industry, she should know better
then to flaunt these types of ideologies. Her grandstanding on social media to
encourage the public and not follow public health measures,
that are put in place to keep the public safe, is a blatant display of
disrespect for other nurses, doctors and public health officials who
are putting their lives on the line to help fight this deadly virus
every day.
