I have been a huge fan of college football for over 10 years and have watched every game I possibly could in that time. I will watch any game that comes on even the occasional Tuesday and Thursday games that are usually lower rated D-1 schools but some of these schools actually have extreme talent but the majority of college teams have never made it the the playoffs because of the Finals only having 4 teams and the 4 teams are are almost the same every year. Only 11 teams have even made it to the CFP Alabama(6), OSU(4), Clemson(6), Norte Dame(2) Georgia(1) LSU (1), MSU(1), OU (1)Oregon(1) Florida state(1) and Washington(1) and of the 11 teams only 4 have won a championship and the of teams that have dominate teams for the past couple of years but this year we have seen that anything can happen this season we have seen 21 of the 25  originally ranked teams have lost a game to unranked or lower ranked opponents and its only week 7 when writing this. Now my goal for this is to expand the playoffs to top 12 or 16 teams in the nation. I believe this will give many college programs a chance to grow and make the world of college football less lopsided towards schools with a good reputations. This will make it more enjoyable to watch football across the country if their team was more likely to make it to the finals and could have teams as champions that we haven’t had yet and this could balance out programs across the country instead of all high star recruits going to the big programs.
