Ucoe has a problem that has bugged more than half of the students in the college. Whistling by the watchman has created nuisance and has resulted in increasing frustration . We see no reason for the it to be there. We are in a college and not some school. We would really like you guys to sign up for this petition so that we can show it to the authorities and stop this noise.
