Coinbase may only accept BEP20 if we collect our signatures

Coinbase exchange app does not accept the Bep20 protocol. Bep20 is a network used and developed by Binance Exchange that isn’t supported by other exchanges, and only a few wallets, yet it gives you options to transfer your cryptocurrencies via this channel. The transfer gets confirmed but it doesn’t appear in the receipt address as it isn’t supported. People all around the world are making this honest mistake on daily basis, finding their funds trapped in the blockchain.
The case became significant, as $12.380.421 has been lost within a few months up to today’s date, and the numbers are rising dramatically day by day. Both of the exchanges seem to ignore their customers' concerns and they are diverting the case back and forth. The funds are technically there but no access for their owners, and customer service ignores the 100’s of requests daily.
The solution would be if Coinbase exchange will support bep20 network and their customers can get their cryptocurrencies back.
if coinbase gave the possibility to recover the funds there would be more ethics and honesty considering that although they are two different blockchains, recovery is possible if the technology to do so is developed. Thanks for your attention.

I accidentally sent my SHIB to coinbase via BEP-20 many people it happens to erroneously send funds to the wrong blockchain in the case of the binance blockchain they are recoverable if the coinbase developers upgrade to be able to recover our funds wrongly sent to the wrong blockchain. I ask all the people who have gone through this negative experience to join this petition as well as all the people who have never made a mistake but believe it is honest to give the possibility of recovering funds to those who make mistakes. your signature thank you
