The pressing need for safeguarding fundamental human rights leads me to urge for the codification of the Nuremberg Codes into New York State's criminal laws. With a personal history shaped by traumas reminiscent of some of humanity’s darkest hours, I am deeply committed to ensuring that no one experiences the forced indignities and violations that countless individuals endured during the Holocaust. The horrors inflicted by Mengele and his ilk echo through history, remind us of the imperative to uphold the principles of informed consent and bodily autonomy.

Informed consent is a cornerstone of ethical medical practice, standing as a bulwark against coercion and force. Today, we face an era fraught with experimentation like mRNA vaccines. These experimental treatments are claimed to have caused immense harms,  milliions of death, and ZERO good, with accusations of profound health implications reminding us of the critical necessities of detailed education, educated choice, and informed consent. No one should be subjected to medical procedures without clear, voluntary, and informed consent, a right underscored by the United States Constitution's guarantees of freedom of choice and religion.

Many argue that vaccines, particularly experimental ones, are detrimental, carrying the potential for devastating health outcomes. The United States should not force individuals to take vaccines or any drugs, aligning instead with the spirit of personal freedom that has long defined our democratic ethos. If New York State codifies the Nuremberg Codes into its criminal laws, it would send an unmistakable message: our society stands firm against medical tyranny in all its forms.
