Codify Griswold v. Connecticut

Codify Griswold v. Connecticut
The Issue
Griswold v. Connecticut (1965) is a landmark Supreme Court decision that established the right to buy contraceptives without government interference. It's largely considered precedent for Roe v. Wade (1973), and if Roe gets overturned, Griswold could be next in line. We need to ensure our right to purchase contraceptives, our right to privacy (protected under the 1st, 3rd, 4th, 9th, and 14th amendments), and our right to knowledge about sexual wellness. The only way to do so is by making Griswold v. Connecticut federal law, and to quote Justice Douglas' majority opinion: "The Constitution does in fact protect the right of marital privacy against state restrictions on contraception."
