We would like to make a safe place for families and children to make some memories. With Cochise County having their very own Drive-In movie theater playing oldies but goodies movies and family friendly movies for everyone to enjoy. 

Not to mention creating a safe place to skate with our very own Indoor Roller Skating Rink. We will have many perks like a skate free program for the kids and a stem program for our schools. 

With that being said we are asking for a special use permit from the Cochise County commissions. We would like to use 2.5 acres out of 32 acres which part of the old Arizona Portland cement company. The 2.5 acres cleared will be 500 ft or more away from the residence in the area. The location of Land of Dreams may located off of N Central Ave and highway 90. With signs indicating direction of traffic flow from highway 90 and directing off the property.

A friendly reminder that drinking is not allowed on the property. We would like a safe friendly environment for everyone to enjoy!
