I am deeply saddened by the discontinuation of one of the best flavors that has ever touched my taste buds. Like many others could agree, Minute Maid is known for creating some of the best fruit flavored juices such as fruit punch, grape punch, orange juice, pink lemonade and more. As a child I had every flavor you could think of until one day a new flavor caught my eye and had just hit the supermarkets. CHERRY LIMEADE! I couldn’t resist considering having tasted every lemonade combo there was out there but never have I ever seen a lime combination. After my first sip I was in heaven. I had to buy more. It was the best combination and mix between sweet, sour and tart. Even leading into the legal age to drink this juice went perfect with any liquor of choice. About a year after discovery, it became difficult to find. I went on to searching for cherry limeade in every store that I passed and found very few to have this flavor in stock. Then I thought to myself “Wow this juice is so that good that it can’t be found so easily, maybe stores are selling out of it fast.” Those around me who admired the flavor as well noticed that they were unable to find cherry limeade anywhere. A year later my search came to an end. There were no more cherry limeade flavored Minute Maid in stores. I am writing this in favor of all who loved the cherry limeade combination because it was indeed the most genius flavor ever created. While not many beverage brands pair cherry and lime flavors together, minute maid nailed it then took it away without notice leaving the public wondering what happened. Well I along with millions of other people would love to see this flavor put back on the shelves of our convenient stores. It is so unfortunate that this flavor was removed and with high hopes maybe this will catch the eye of Coca-Cola and everyone can help towards putting Cherry limeade back on our store shelves.
