The new proposal for development of a church and townhomes in the Shallowford Rd / Johnson Ferry Rd area completely cuts off direct access to Johnson Ferry Road and all it’s shopping centers and grocery stores for residents in the Marlanta neighborhood. Currently this access is provided through Waterfront Road which would be closed off. Residents will not even be able to walk or ride their bike to the stores off Johnson Ferry Rd. 

This petition is to request that the developers plan for an unrestricted walking and biking path so that Marlanta residents will still be able to easily reach Johnson Ferry Road.
