End the suffering caused by Coast Capital Savings new mobile app!
The Issue
Coast Capital has mistreated each and every member by prematurely rolling out a new mobile application which has wasted countless hours of our time and caused undue stresses and fits of rage. We must free our finances from the chains of convoluted username and password changes, terrible application interfaces, and the bugs of a premature application roll out.
We have stood at their side while our friends told us to use a real bank. We have recycled countless letters asking for us to vote for board members. We were understanding of their slow implementation of the tap payment feature into our membership cards. It's now time to take a stand.
It's time to call on Calvin MacInnis, President and Chief Executive Officer, to fly home from whatever vacation he's on and render assistance to his committed members. We must ask Jeff Wong, Chief Digital Information and Technology Officer, why, just why?
Today we stand unified, not individual members of just a regular bank. We are proud members of a credit union! Individually, we may only be $5.00 in membership shares, but together we can be hundredaires! Together we demand better mobile applications!
