We, the parents of players at Palm Beach Gardens Predators, are writing to express our full support for Coach Lee Clark and to urge the club to sponsor his visa so he can return from England and continue his invaluable work here in the United States.

Coach Lee has been a critical part of our children’s soccer journey for many years. His impact on their development—both as athletes and individuals—has been extraordinary. More than just a coach, Lee is a mentor, a motivator, and a pillar in our soccer community. With over nine years of coaching experience, he brings a unique combination of technical expertise, personal warmth, and professional insight that is rare to find.

His coaching results speak volumes. Coach Lee has directly contributed to the development of players who have advanced to professional environments, including four who were sent to Inter Miami. Through his connections with institutions like Keiser University, he has opened doors for our children to explore soccer at higher levels, deepening their love for the game and expanding their future opportunities.

Beyond the pitch, Lee’s involvement in the community and his volunteer efforts show his genuine commitment to the club and its families. His presence not only enriches the culture of the club but also contributes to its growth. Simply put, Lee helps attract and retain players—his reputation and personal connection with families are strong drivers of membership and engagement.

Coach Lee fosters an environment where soccer is fun, challenging, and meaningful. He inspires our kids to love the sport while instilling discipline, teamwork, and technical excellence. His absence has left a noticeable gap, and we believe his return is essential to the continued success of our players and the club as a whole.

Additionally, several of us are willing to contribute financially to support the visa process if needed. That is how deeply we value Coach Lee’s presence and the impact he has on our children and the broader soccer community.

We strongly encourage the board to take the necessary steps to sponsor Coach Lee Clark’s visa so he can return to our community and continue the work that has made such a profound difference in so many young lives.
