We urgently need your help and support here at the Coach and horses as we feel we are being targeted by a handful of disgruntled neighbours, who do not support the pub and this completely destroying our business and livelihood due to constant complaints to Welwyn and Hatfield council. This has resulted in the pub receiving an abatement notice in respect of noise nuisance.

This now means we are unable to offer our customers our full services, such as birthdays, christenings, baby showers and anniversary party’s etc. with our resident DJ and singer. As you all know we have our music early afternoon into the early evenings.

We have only last week received a letter from the council in respect of the bouncy castles/children noise in the garden. 

unfortunately had a huge detrimental effect to our much cherished and much appreciated business, from our villagers and our destination customers, this is now so severe it has become not financially viable for us to survive. 

Our team has worked incredibly hard to assist us in the major setbacks we have had, through covid lockdowns and restrictions. 

The summer months in our garden allow for the winter months in our small pub to be financially covered, it also allows for essential works to the listed building itself an the employment of our hard working team. 

We have created this petition to have a voice within the local community and would really appreciate as much support and involvement  from everyone as possible, with your comments shares and signatures! 

It would be helpful if we could get as many signatures as possible by 15th September 2022.
